Due to the nature of this live motorsport event, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend.
Attendees aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while on site.
Supercar Driver reserves the right to request proof of age where appropriate. Anyone unable to provide proof of age, or any unaccompanied minors, may be refused entry without refund.
By purchasing tickets, you confirm that all members of your party meet the age requirements and agree to comply with this policy.
In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from circuit marshals and Supercar Driver staff at all times. If evacuation is required, please proceed calmly to the nearest marked exit or designated assembly point as directed.
First aid facilities will be available on site throughout the event.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Your ticket remains the property of The Company at all times. You may not:
Any ticket obtained through unauthorised means, including resale, will be void, and the holder may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
A valid ticket is required for admission to The Event. Receipts will not be accepted. Any attempt to use an unofficial or counterfeit ticket may result in refusal of entry and potential prosecution..
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who pose a safety or security risk, cause a nuisance, or otherwise disrupt the event. Security searches may be conducted, and proof of identity may be required for entry.
No animals are permitted at The Event, except for guide dogs with prior notice.
Event dates may change, and your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
By attending, you consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed. Your likeness may be used in event media, promotional materials, and broadcasts without compensation.
CCTV surveillance may be in operation for security purposes, and footage may be shared with authorities where necessary.
Drones and UAVs are not permitted at the event.
Attendees acknowledge that motorsport events carry inherent risks. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions unavoidable accidents can happen.
In respect of these you are present at your own risk.
